What do I need?
Registration on Alza Trade only takes a few minutes. Just log in to your Alza Trade account, enter your business ID number (IČO), and fill in basic information about yourself. To do this, the following requirements must be met:
- You must have a registered business ID number (IČO) and be a VAT payer
- Your products should have EAN codes.
- You should have an XML feed with mandatory parameters for the products you want to sell. This XML feed is used to send us data about product prices and availability.
- Orders must be shipped to the Czech DPD depot, where they will be distributed further within the Czech Republic (in the case of a foreign supplier).
- The supplier must have a return address in the Czech Republic (in the case of a foreign supplier).
- Agreement to the current general terms and conditions in the Alza Trade portal.
Omnicado will simplify the integration of your e-shop with Alza.cz, help you with checking product data, listing products, and creating a catalogue of the goods you want to offer. We will also ensure real-time synchronization of your inventory and dispatch of orders from Alza Trade in your e-commerce solution. Alza requires suppliers to provide materials for listing goods, order processing printing shipping labels confirming their dispatch, and also preparing goods for shipment, which you hand over to the carrier. Thanks to the integration with the Omnicado platform, all processes will be unified, data will be synchronized automatically, and you will ensure a smooth sales and logistics process.
Onboarding to the Omnicado platform, along with the integration of the supplier system, can take one to several weeks, depending on the status of your registration in the Alza Trade portal, the total number of products you want to list, the quality of your product data, and the correct categorization of products in the listing.
We need product data with EAN codes and your registration in the Alza Trade portal. Additionally, you'll need to ensure a connection with your e-commerce solution, order dispatch management, and an integrated accounting system.
First, we need your electronic signature on the cooperation agreement with Omnicado. Then, you will create an account on our platform. After registering on Alza Trade, we will connect your e-commerce solution, shipping system, and accounting system so you can manage all business operations efficiently and seamlessly.
